JAMS implements Quality Assurance in all of our projects. The primary methods of assuring the quality of services are advanced planning, staffing and establishment of proven project management techniques. From day one quality is integrated into every phase of the project.


One of the proven means we ensure quality is by development of quality review team made up of experienced professionals and personnel associated with the project. This approach ensures that all required functional and technical knowledge is represented for the task orders in the most effective and efficient way possible.


The quality review team has several responsibilities including establishing and monitoring quality metrics based on objectives coordinated with government customers and other stakeholders and to develop and assessment and reporting polices.


Our quality assurance program promotes the delivery of quality services to our customers throughout the life cycle of a  project.
