JAMS is a small business information technology partner to organizations, businesses and the Department of Defense serving the Northwest Florida and Southern Alabama region.  JAMS is a SBA 8a and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) specializing in enabling businesses with information technology of tomorrow "today" so they can compete and win in the global marketplace.


JAMS started life in the spring of 1994 as a part-time business to fill a need in the local community for computer professionals who could repair and maintain computers as well as provide computer systems training on both hardware and software and the fast expanding Internet.  In 1999 JAMS began full time operations expanding its customer base to include consultant and subcontracting work for larger firms.


On March 13, 2001 JAMS was incorporated in the state of Florida as Jackson Automated Management Systems Inc. (dba JAMS).  The effective date of incorporation was chosen in honor of Phil's father, Ernest H. Jackson Sr. "a veteran, devoted father, and astute businessman."


JAMS emphasis on quality, competence and capability continues to support the growth of the company in both private industry and public sectors.  Private industry growth includes the design/build and administration of several small business networks and website development projects throughout the region.  Public sector growth includes Network & Computer Support contract award in 2007 and extension in 2008 for work at at Eglin Air Force Base.
